On August 31, Dhaka University Graduates had met together at Kuala Lumpur's Golf and Country Club to spend time with one another and discuss about DUAAM's upcoming activities along with the reflection of their past contributions to the society since their last meeting on July 2022.

The contributions to the admission scholarships have been provided by DU graduates in DUAAM; Mr Atiq Mujahid, a researcher of IUM (Islamic University of Malaysia) was in overall support of the programme while Ms Sharmin Oporna and Ms Fawzia Malik have given their support for sports. Prominent businessman Nasiruddin, Shabnam Rahman; Farhana Amin, Afroja Shimu, Fatima Rouhani were also present along with their families.

Various games such as bowling were played with prizes to be won allowing the entire community to enjoy the entire day together. IUM's reowned professor, Dr Zahirul Alam had distributed the crests among the former students. Moreover, business owners; Shohanul Habib Sumon and Nur Aisha were also guests of the event.

DUAAM's President, Suraiya Yasmin Nahar had announced DU's Admission Scholarship from DUAAM by informing the community that about 50 students have applied for the admission fee to us. However, the funds of DUAAM are insufficent at the moment hence, it is not possible for us to pay all of the applicant's admission fees. Inshallah, DUAAM will try their best to raise funds and help as many people as we can. Afterall, contributing to the society for a positive cause is what we have aimed for.
